4/29/08

• It's been more then a month since the last front page update.  So I think a status update is called for.  Well pictures have been getting added through out the databases.  Holiday World is now sponsoring us, by letting us use there pictures off of there site.  We also plan on getting more parks to do this for us.  So a lot has been going on, and a lot more will be going on.  Summer is only a month away, and this is going to be the best summer yet.  As are forums get more active, also keep an eye out for what other Brandon's Coasters members might post!  But you also need to join to see exclusive cool stuff for only cool people that are members.

• Thinking since its been a few weeks there haven't been any updates. WRONG!  More pages are finally going up on the Model Rides page.  Organizing, working on new layouts, new members on the forums are signing up more quickly and quickly.  Don't be a loser and join today for cool member only content.  Roller Coaster Tycoon previews, pictures, and more.  We also got are old domain up and working, www.rct2.net .   More staff are on the site now, and that just means more improvements.  I don't think this site was even this popular in the past, so lets keep it this way.  You can do your part to, by sticking us in signatures, telling other members, and signing up in general and posting.  Last but surely not least, we've now been open for about five years, yes I said "five" years.  Not many people know that but yes it's true.

• Here's just an update to let everyone know what has been going on.  Lots more information has been added to the RCT2 section or our website.  Also more pictures have been added to the RCDB and lots more amusement updates.  Remember to check the Amusement updates page for all of the updates that involve the Amusement Industry.  And lastly there has been several new links and affiliates have been added to the links page.

• We just changed some of the opening lettering around on the Home Page, fixed some errors, and changed and added stuff.  It's been maybe two or three years since the text has changed.  So we thought that it needed an update.

 

• On another note this site is update every single day and normally 3 to 10 pages at a time sometimes all of them.  It all depends on the day and for you to know about all of these updates, like the amusement updates, check the amusement update page.  Some updates might not be announced at all and you will just have to notice them for your selves.  There's just way to much content to post them all on the front page and only very important updates in, Brandon's Coasters Staff's eyes will be posted.  To think how much this site has grown since the very beginning, I still have the older site, but not the very original.  At least I don't think so.  So maybe it will be kind of cool for the newer visitors to see what the site started from.

1/30/08

• You may have noticed that there are new site features and new areas.  Including Amusement Updates / Info page in the link bar.  This area will feature an easier way to see RCDB updates and Trip Report updates with out checking for them your self.  It will host a special navigation bar to the certain areas of the site and should make using and exploring Brandon's Coasters easier.  Hope everyone enjoys the update,

• Brandon's Coasters staff went up to Hershey today because we originally went to this farm show in Harrisburg. We also got pictures of the farm show and the crazy looking ducks and chickens with there poffie heads.  You will just have to read about them in the upcoming trip report / park reviews page.  Well anyways we got pictures of the farm show and Hershey's Chocolate World,  Including track pieces of Fahrenheit.  You can see the construction pictures in the Amusement Park Picture Database.  Or just click here: Pictures

• Late happy New Year's,  I have started several new RCT2 projects, the first one that I am very excited that I'm doing it is a fully animated RCT2 Custom Ride.  Named Extreme Rainbow check it out here in are RCT section.

• Next is a brand new amusement park named River's Amusement Park it features tons of landscaped and hopefully my most detailed RCT2 park ever also check it out in the RCT section of are site.    -Brandon's Coasters

• For those that have been keeping up to date with the park "Tropical Isle Resort" for RCT2, I plan to have it up later today so check the RCT2 parks page and check here for a direct link.  I'm just finishing up the final details and also trying to put a logo together.  Also you may have noticed a link that doesn't go anywhere yet, on the RCT2 parks page that's because it's my new park, "River's Amusement Park".  I plan on putting way more detail and also trying some new things with this park that I haven't done before in a park.  So here's the link to the parks page to check things out! • Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays from Brandon's Coasters staff.  We just got more files on the RCT, RCT2, RCT3 page up including an RCT2 park.  So go and check them out.  Also we added more pages on the Picture Database, and we also have a new staff member.  So everyone say hi to Tyler he currently helps supply pictures of amusement parks and also helps design and organize the site.    -So that's it for now, thank you from, Brandon's Coasters Staff.

• Season's Greetings from Brandon's Coasters staff.  To start things off is to announce that are forums are back and new so sign up and start talking.  We also have added are Picture Database section which we currently have up and running are Rollercoaster Picture Database.  This is basically all of are pictures of coasters categorized from Brandon's Coasters.  We are still adding more and more photos and links each day to it but for the most part it is up and running.  To top off all of these updates and new site features, we are constantly working on are pages and information on are site and updating it all.  It seems that we are off to a good start so be patient and keep checking back for lots more of Brandon's Coasters, So, R u REaDy?  Are site is also larger and better for the most part then it ever has been.     -Brandon's Coasters Staff

• We finally have are new look!  Everything seems to be running as planned hope everyone enjoys the new look.  We are still tweaking the backgrounds and stuff so enjoy and everyone from Brandon's Coasters ask, -R u REaDy?

• Just added photos to the Knoebols Review page, still trying to get all the backgrounds and buttons to work sorry for the lack of updates.  We are looking in to new software.

• We just started up are new breeding association name Brandon's Bearded Dragons owned and operated bye the staff here at Brandon's Coasters we plan to have it up and running shortly.
